By accessing or using GuruPrep at guruprep.in (the “Service”), you (“you”, “user”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

GuruPrep is an online platform that provides mock tests, study analytics, and related educational content for competitive examinations. Some features may be free, while others may require payment.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

We work hard to keep mock-test content accurate and up to date. However:

• Questions and explanations are provided for practice purposes only.
• We do not guarantee selection in any examination based on use of this Service.
• If you spot an error, please report it via the contact page.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Service or its underlying servers/networks.
• Scrape, copy, or republish question banks, explanations, or analytics in any form without written permission.
• Use automated tools or bots to access or interact with the Service.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any part of the Service.
• Harass, abuse, or impersonate any person.

All content on GuruPrep — including the GuruPrep name, logo, brand colours, mock-test questions, explanations, illustrations, UI design, and source code — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial use only.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by GuruPrep. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GuruPrep and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold GuruPrep, its team, and its partners harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or to the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
